Have tried contacting this company about renting a house, they won't answer the phone, went by the address listed for there office and no one was there. Filled out an application for the house and no response. This company obviously doesn't want to do business.

Rude! If you are going to plaster your business across your vehicle as advertising you might want to make sure your employees are not RUDE on the road. Personally witnessed this van aggressively drive east bound on I-15 and then proceed to almost run another vehicle off the highway just outside of St George. Not a very good look for your company!

Life is about experiences and this was a 5 star experience for our family. My daughter asked to try it and I hesitated but it's now a very fond memory. You should definitely try it! We are hooked.

Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. They took my parents money for a month long vacation rental over Christmas then cancelled after my parents had started their road trip from MA and my partner and I had booked our flights from NYC to meet them in Utah. Working with this company is simply not worth the risk. We will incur costs that we cannot recover as a result. They offered no restitution.

We reserved this unit on vrbo.com. This place is amazing. Quiet community, lots of amenities, and the place is well thought out. Lots of small details accounted for. Every light switch is labeled, every cabinet has a label of what is in it. The kitchen has a drawer of brochures of things to do. Beds are comfy, the porch is scenic. We are so glad we chose this place to stay on our trip to Zion and horseshoe bend. This place is close to shopping. We went to Walmart to pick up some groceries and it was about a 15 minute drive or less. If you forgot to pack anything on this trip do not worry. They thought of everything, and what is provided is not super cheap. We stayed at 108 Coral Springs Dr unit D-11

This is the place to book your short or long term stays in St. George. Consistently very nice properties and neighborhoods. Well decorated and furnished homes. We just keep going back! We just finished another epic visit to St. George. This was my 5 or 6th stay through Escape Properties. Our house was right across from the pool. This house was so well appointed and had everything you could possibly need down to fresh batteries in a kitchen drawer and a breadmaker. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Almost everything appeared brand new. My friends that came with us couldnt believe the accomodations I lined up for us. Kendall and his team were great to work with. Very responsive and we will continue to book through them. Thank you for a great stay.

We booked an Airbnb through Escape Properties in order to enjoy the national parks. I rarely write negative reviews, but I have to be truthful about our experience here-do not use this company. We spent over 1,200 dollars for a house that had a bathroom that smelled like sewage, no parking for us due to construction vehicles, a couch that smelled like body odor, floors so filthy that they stained our socks, and bedding that we had to wash ourselves because it all smelled like filth. After contacting escape properties about our negative experience, we were told “sorry about that!”

UPDATE! EWWW!! WARNING!! We were willing to let the mishap with the cleaning lady taking our luggage and cleaning out the fridge of our food go, because the lack of communication to her, she didn't know they let us check in early... But we can not let go of the fact they don't clean their sheets or towels between visitors, when we dropped our bags off, we saw the sheets and towels on the floor from the previous renters. So you would think they would be put through the wash not back on the bed. That is completely unacceptable. Luckily we turned on the lights before we climbed into bed, were were sooo disgusted!! It is not ok what they call clean, I would advise you to look for a home through a different company if you want to know you are staying some place clean. Who knows how many places they "clean" like this! We tried to work it out with Escape 2 St. George, but they would not contact us back. UPDATE: Yes, we knew the cleaning lady had not cleaned yet and we did drop our stuff off. For our rental we had it approved with Kendall to check in at 1:00. Regardless the cleaning company still had from 1:30-6:30 to clean the house, because we did not return until after 6:30. If you say those are "bleach-like" spots, why don't you get google to leave up the pictures and let your guests make that judgement for themselves.... I know bleach spots..... And that is not them!!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. The owner/property manager falsely advertised certain amenities that weren’t there and several that were weren’t working anyways (namely the grill and AC). This is especially bad given how incredibly hot it is. Not responsive, unconcerned about legitimate issues and no effort to make it right.

This was an absolute displeasure. The price of this place is absolutely unacceptable given the status of it. They do not reply in a timely manner. It was so hot and you can’t control the AC yourself. Not the only one who has mentioned this. We tried to use the washing machines and they didn’t seem to work, similar to most of this place. Skip any rentals by these people.

I booked a place with this company through Airbnb for my wedding weekend in June. When we arrived, the unit was so hot that my fiancé felt nauseated and was vomiting throughout the night. There was no way for us to adjust the temperature except to message through the Airbnb app (the host was oh so generous and lowered the temperature three degrees when i asked and said something along the lines of “I’ll only be up for another half hour” and it was a Friday night so I basically got the vibe that we were on our own at that point). We ended up getting roughly 5-6 hours of sleep the night before our wedding. Under eye bags are a super cute wedding look for a bride! We paid for two nights but decided to leave right after our ceremony and drive home four hours instead of sweating all night and having a second night with no sleep. I also had to make last minute arrangements to get ready with my bridal party somewhere else as there was only one tiny mirror in the whole unit and it was still so hot in the morning. I reached out to the host through the Airbnb app to work something out, involved Airbnb, disputed the charge with my bank and the issue is still not resolved.

Have called at least 5 times gone to voicemail each time. Left 3 messages and no one has responded. Also have sent messages and overall just not impressed and very unprofessional.

In short: we were screwed out of two reservations three weeks before our planned vacation I booked a home that was under contract and specifically asked if the fact that the home was being sold would cause issues with our reservation. I was told it would in no way impact our stay. Three weeks before my family's planned vacation, Escape Properties called to tell me that the new home owners did not want people staying in the property. They did try to remedy the situation by offering alternate accommodations, but those alternate accommodations would have my family split up between two homes which is not what we initially booked or wanted for our vacation. They did offer a different home that was a similar accommodation to what we initially booked for an up-charge which I felt was very unprofessional, but after negotiating they booked the home for us for the same price. Two days later they cancelled our second reservation and directed us to book a rental through another site. Throughout the experience the property manager was difficult to communicate with and get hold of. It was a terrible experience dealing with this company and I would not recommend.

Although most of these reviews are for the homes, the credit should be for the home owners. The management services are horrible. We employed this company for over a year and it was frustrating almost the entire time. Kendall does not respond to emails. The cleaning services were terrible. Too many times we came to stay at our home to find hair in the shower drains, beds made with dirty sheets, dirty socks and lint in cracks, dirty cupboards and more. Over the past year we had very few renters yet our brand new home had significant wear. Decor went missing, carpet had a bleach stain, a wool rug was ruined, garage door openers disappeared. The manager should've caught these things and contacted the renters but we would show up to stay at our home and find the problems. In addition, all the towels were taken off site to launder and never returned. We purchased more and were told we would be reimbursed but the funds never came. We have tried to work this out with the manager but his only reply was "reviewing". Work with another company who values your business.

Beautiful place close to what i consider the nicest part of Zion National Park ! House was large, perfectly stocked with supplies and beautiful We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit as well !

The accommodations were as described, however the company made a mistake with our booking and double-booked our property. We were upgraded to a larger unit which was nice, however the inconvenience of having to move halfway through our stay meant we had to cancel some of the vacation activities we had planned for that day. Disorganization was also reflected in the company misplacing a package we'd had shipped to arrive prior to our stay, which caused additional stress on our vacation.

Booked a property with this company months in advance then two days before our trip we call to confirm and were told that they had double booked the property. Now we have all taken vacation days that will be wasted and no vacation. If we had not of called we would have made the 6 hour trip to find out we had no house.

So picture this, I’m sitting poolside in sunny Saint George enjoying the spring sun, reading my newest book, and sipping on my ice cold beverage. Sounds like a good time right? Unfortunately, escape properties had a different plan for my family and I. I’ll just have to be content with staying in my own home during spring break. My vacation hours will be wasted, and I won’t be getting that golden sun-tan that I was looking forward to. Due to their lack of respect for our time, we will have to resign ourselves to something less appealing. What happened? They decided to double book our house, and we drew the short stick. The only silver lining is that we found out just before we drove down to an unavailable house. Unapologetic, and unwilling to remedy the situation Escape Properties have left a bitter taste in my mouth. I would recommend “escaping” the enormous disappointment of having your vacation canceled last minute, and would recommend renting from someone... ANYONE! but escape properties.

The unit is clean, comfortable and quiet. Be sure to arrange entry if you are arriving late at night.

Room is nicely decorated. DVD player was broken. Blinds did not twirl open (but could be pulled up). Cedar Breaks Lodge facilities are great.

We loved our stay!! Everything in the house was fabulous and clean and all amenities listed were available and worked great! Jefferson was very helpful when we needed help with something. The location was great! The house was wonderful! And I would definitely book a stay again!!!

We took 6 guys down for a bachelor party weekend and golf. We stayed at the sand castle property and it was fantastic. Plenty of room for everybody with lots of fun things to do. And very well kept. I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a getaway.

Our family was thrilled with the home where we stayed during our week long family reunion in Southern Utah. Casa Rio is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with the basic essential. The private pool, which we used every day, was the icing on the cake. Everyone agreed that Dixie Springs is the perfect location. Halfway between Zion NP and Tuacahn, and minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir and local golf courses.

Very nice home. Plenty of room and well equipped. Escape Properties was easy to work with and communicated clearly. Responded promptly to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 6 teen Girl Scouts and 4 adult chaperones for two nights. The scouts were stunned by how amazing the house was. They enjoyed staying in the house as much as any activity we did in Zion Nat Park. Everyone we dealt with from the moment we booked the property was easy and pleasant to work with. The communication was great, the house and pool were beautiful, and we couldn't have been happier. It was definitely worth every cent and we can't wait to go back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool was great! There is no umbrella or shade in the back yard at all though. The house was all one level. Tons of room for the 10 people it allows. The only issue i had, which i have had on several occasions with rental companies is the cleaning people show up early every single time. They got the key the of the lock box and entered the home with our knocking or anything. It is frustrating to me when you are trying to gather all your belongings and feeling rushed anyway. If you are told to be out by 11:00 am then they should not show up until 11:00. Not 10:30. That is my only complaint. The property was wonderful and we would stay there gain for sure!

Loved loved staying here!! Easy access to all travel experiences from Vegas to Zions. Our family loved the pool and the location it was from the condo. The space is awesome. We had 10 and all older teens and adults. We all slept comfortable. Each room has a tv. You will love this place!!😉👍🏻

The condo we rented was clean, nicely furnished. Close to pool. Pool was nice, clean and had great hours. Close proximity to sand dunes. Neighborhood was quiet. We loved staying here. Property managers were easy to contact and great to work with. We will definitely stay again!

What a nice place! Had most everything to live for a few days. Quiet and somewhat secluded. Lots of birds and lizards to watch. Watch out for flying poopies! Kendell and his team were great. Had a few hiccups in the beginning, but they fixed it and accommodated everything well. Had fun and house was nice!

I just returned from St. George. I have been using 'Escape To St. George' for my annual winter trip for the last 5 years. They are very courteous and professional in managing my rental. Any issue with repairs, supplies etc. were dealt with right away. I am also impressed with the wide range of accommodations that they offer. I will definitely use them in the future.

This company has gone above and beyond to take care of us while we are in St. George. Lizzy was the agent and was so brilliantly charming, talented, witty, studious and was willing to go the extra mile! It's not often that you find a company that actually puts to practice what they advertise. A+ on customer service here!

Our stay at the Escape Properties in Hurricane, Utah, was unforgettable! My soccer team and I stayed there. Loved the setup of the home, great for hanging out in between games, and very clean and spacious. Lizzy, Jefferson, and Kendall, were all readily available and great to work with! We will definitely be using them again! Thanks for the great memories!

We have used Escape 2 St. George multiple times. Each time we have loved our experience. Will keep coming back.

Upon check-in there were multiple dead roaches on the floor inside the condo and we had to clean the kitchen floors and hardwood floors in the living room as they was turning the bottom of our feet black. That same evening we noticed that multiple smoke detectors throughout the condo were hanging out of the ceilings with no batteries in them. There were also approximately 12-15 light bulbs that were missing throughout the condo, leaving many of the rooms quite dark. This lack of attention to detail and uncleanliness were disappointing. To make matters worse, upon checkout we were charged $75 for a remote control that cost approximately $30. It was difficult to get a response to questions or a call back from the company, very unprofessional. I would definitely avoid using this company for a property rental.

I rented with Escape 2 St. George early this spring of 2017 and everything went really well. I just called this week to rent something for this weekend. They were training someone new which was totally fine and she was doing her best but, I could tell the person training her was rude and not helpful at all. He seemed like every question I asked was an inconvenience for him. I hung up and call Red Rock Vacation Rentals and they went way out of their way to help me find the perfect rental and gave me a discount for this weekend as well. I feel that Escape2StGeorge has a lot to be desired on the customer service side of things. I may or may not try and rent with them again now that I had such a great experience with Red Rock Vacation Rentals.
