I have enjoyed real estate since I started in AZ back in 2002 working part time in the 'corporate world'. I lost everything during the 'great recession' and moved my family to St George and started a new company - pioneering short-term rentals as well as engaging in property management and residential real estate services.
I started buying and investing in properties (mostly in short-term rentals - you can see the type of units I specialize in here: www.TheEpicStay.com) [Scroll for More]
When I am not engaged in work - I love:
- Photograph nature, history or interesting architecture. I am an ever learning student of photography and from time to time I will dabble in selling prints. (Nerd)
- Wood lathing is a newer hobby for me and I am finding new ways to make a mess in the back room. One of my favorite projects was my sons wedding ring using dinosaur bones inlaid in resin.
- Being an amature chef - learning how to cook veggies to taste good (yes, it is possible when you take time to learn techniques). I love the grill and and what it does for proteins - searing, smoking and roasting. Right now I am taking a deep dive into breads, pitas, tortillas etc. You just might get an invite to be my guinea pig.
- To travel our country and take in history in all of its forms. I have only 5 states left to visit and 1 more US territory.
When it comes to Real Estate - I am a teacher first with the heart of a servant. I am a Ramsey Certified agent, a broker and I hold the NAR RSPS designation (Resort & Second Property Specialist)
I love to work with investors, first time buyers, move up families, downsizing seniors and relocations - so one might say I want to work with you!
